Bishop Douglas Alexander Sr. has over 30 years of experience in preaching and teaching. Bishop Alexander’s explosive and dynamic prophetic anointing ministers to the heart of the listener. His prophetic and apostolic preaching and teaching cause many to be saved wherever he is speaking. His "preaching from the heart" messages are always sure to change people’s lives.

Bishop Alexander’s education is extensive. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska, with a BA in Physical Education, and earned a master’s from Chesapeake Bible Seminary in Religious Education and Christian Ministry. He also achieved a Doctorate in Theology from Trinity Theology Seminary in Miami, FL. Bishop Alexander is a life coach, writer, and author of several Christian books and literature. He is a philanthropist, statesman, humanitarian, and member of the YMCA Board of Directors and the United Way.

Bishop Alexander is a retired SFC military policeman of the US Army, and retired Deputy Sheriff School Resource Officer, Citrus County Sheriff's Office. He served as Unit Chaplain as well as Company Chaplain while assigned to the 82nd Airborne Corps during the war in Desert Shield/Desert Storm, where thousands of soldiers were saved.

Bishop Douglas Alexander and Lady "T" Alexander were given a vision from God in 2001 to start a non-denominational, multicultural church in Citrus County, Florida. Bishop Alexander serves as a church Bishop covering for many Pastors and Churches globally. In 2004 Bishop Douglas and Lady “T” Alexander and the New Church Without Walls International were given the keys to the city of Inverness, by Mayor Bob Plaisted, for its many community outreaches. This prestigious award is given only to a very few. The New Church Without Walls International is the only ministry to ever receive this award.

Bishop Alexander’s family was honored at the Citrus County courthouse in December 2013, where the Board of Commissioners proclaimed December 17, 2013, as “Alexander Family Day.” In honor of their significant contributions, the Hernando Rail Roadway Park was also renamed. The Alexander Family Park.

Bishop Alexander carries a powerful mantle of anointing on his life. He is a tremendous motivational speaker and community leader who is greatly sought after and in high demand. His heart is feeding the poor and needy, having given over 30 million pounds of food, as the ministry continues to grow to meet the demands of the less fortunate. Bishop Douglas Alexander was awarded Citizen of the Year for 2016. He was also inducted into the Florida Veterans Hall of Fame in 2021.

Bishop Alexander has been married to Lady "T" for 35 years. They have four children: Douglas Jr., Christopher, Tiarra, Denzel, a foster daughter Valerie, and several grandchildren.
